SMKAI Recruitment Day

RECRUITMENT DAY REPORT

I am glad that our school had run the recruitment day activity successfully on 13/1/10 Wednesday.

This year we recruited about 29 new members.

So, approximately 80% of girls joined our Girls’ Brigade Society. Horray!!

So the whole GB members is about 132 members

The Process of Recruitment Day

Date:13/1/10

Time:12.00pm-5.00pm

Venue:Air Itam School Hall

12.00pm

-All the helpers meet at foyer and Fall In

-Chairman explain the whole process with us again and comfirm our own job.

1.00pm

-Take our presentation things put at the hall outside first.Then we waited the evening section student go back to class.

-After they go back,we take the table and our things go inside and rearrange it nicely.

2.30pm

-Some helpers go to call the Remove and Form 1 class student come down and see our persentation.

3.50pm

-All helpers had a short rest

4.00pm

-Continue again…

5.00pm

-The whole process had run very success and no problem had happen.

-All helpers clean the hall and take back their own presentation things

-Fall out,go home.

Community service

For those who are doing pioneer pin,

they have to do the community service at least for 24 hours..

Girls Camp 2009

Event : 2nd Girls Camp
Date : 13th - 15th of March 2009
Venue : Air Itam Chinese Methodist Church
Participants : Union High School, Church Base, & SMK Air Itam.

There are total 30 members from school base joined dis camp. basically this camp is similar to training camp, the only things different is the accommodation,we do not need to sleep inside the tent with the mosquitoes, we do not need to eat together with the ants. besides that, we would like to Praise God that the program ran smoothly. From picture shown that how the camp runs.
